His pieces often feature Zuni cultural motifs such as kachinas (e.g., Shalako, Deer Dancer, Snake Dancer), thunderbirds, eagles, butterflies, and figural dancers. He also created fetishes, pins\/pendants, and bolo ties\/slides. Many of his works from the 1930s–1950s are large, detailed, and highly collectible. He collaborated at times with trader C.G.
