The belt was made by my mother. She was a student at IAIA. I came to the conclusion that this belt is meant to be shared with the art world, which I was able to be a part of growing up. I had moved away from the reservation to pursue my education. I hoping to sell it so that I can gather the materials and tools to follow in her steps. The belt is sterling silver, reversible concho style with different stones on each concho, and is on of a kind.
