She was born and raised in Nebraska. After her family moved to Washington state, she graduated from high school in the Yakima area in 1948. While working as a full-time wife and mother, she developed her woodcarving skills, combining them with extensive research and a deep respect for Native American cultures. With assistance from her husband, she created one-of-a-kind (or limited) wooden dolls that aimed to capture tribal pride, dignity, and cultural distinctions in clothing, adornments, and details. \u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Antique American Indian Art","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":48099072082085,"sku":"220726-264","price":350.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0718\/6071\/5685\/files\/220726-264_1.jpg?v=1786130803","url":"https:\/\/antiqueamericanindianart.com\/products\/northern-plains-medicine-man-doll-by-erla-graham","provider":"Antique American Indian Art","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
