Auction Terms

  1. These are the complete binding terms for all sales (online, absentee, written, or other). By registering or bidding, you agree to them.
  2. All items in this auction close on Sunday, September 27 at 6PM PDT.
  3. To bid at the auction, create an account to register with our sign-in prompt. This allows you to track all your website orders and auction bids.
  4. Winners are notified automatically 15-20 minutes after the end of the auction. 
  5. Any bids on items expiring within 5 minutes will extend the auction by 5 minutes. 
  6. Automatic Bidding by the system up to your set maximum is available. You can not change your Maximum after you set it. 
  7. Sole remedy: In any dispute or issue, your only remedy is rescission of the sale and refund of the original purchase price paid. No other damages or remedies are offered.
  8. Buyers Premium is 15% and is added to the invoice on checkout.
  9. Washington State buyers are required to pay sales tax. Buyers outside of Washington State do not pay sales tax.
  10. Purchase price = hammer price + buyer's premium + applicable sales tax + shipping/handling/insurance if applicable.
  11. Return of purchase is allowed only if the item description is grossly inaccurate or if item(s) are damaged in shipment.
  12. Condition and Descriptions: All lots sold "AS IS." We do our best to list items accurately, but if you have questions on any item, please email or call us. We will gladly respond in a timely manner.
  13. Shipping: All domestic shipping is handled in-house and is FREE using USPS or UPS service. Exception: Items weighing over 5lbs or with box size 14" x 14" x 14" or larger will have shipping/handling costs invoiced to the buyer prior to shipping. International shipping pays actual postage which will be billed after auction via email invoice. 
  14. Shipping usually within 10 business days after payment clears (up to 21 days). Buyers pay all taxes, customs, and VAT.
  15. In-person pick-up is available. Please contact the Gallery by email or phone to arrange pick-up appointments.
  16. Payments are due within 7 days of the close of the auction. If this needs to be extended, please get in touch with the Gallery prior to the auction.
  17. Payments: We accept Shop Pay, Credit Card, Check, Wire Transfer, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and Square.
  18. Unpaid items are returned to Gallery inventory after one week after the auction ends, and the sale is cancelled.
  19. Gallery may withdraw any lot at any time (including during bidding) with no liability.
  20. Auctioneer has sole discretion on disputes between bidders, rejecting bids, determining the successful bidder, or re-offering a lot.
