Marvin Jim (born around 1966, from near Chinle, Arizona) is a contemporary Navajo folk artist known for his detailed cottonwood root carvings. He has produced traditional-style kachina dolls (often depicting Hopi katsinam figures) as well as unique Navajo folk art pieces, including clowns, animal-human hybrids based on Navajo creation stories, and collaborations with Grace Begay.
