Sharon Naranjo Garcia (b. 1951) is a respected potter from Santa Clara Pueblo (Kha'p'oo Owinge), New Mexico, known for traditional hand-coiled redware and blackware pottery, including wedding jars (also called wedding vases).
She was raised by her renowned grandmother, Christina Naranjo (a highly influential Santa Clara potter), and learned the craft traditionally by watching and working with her from a young age. Her mother was Cecilia Naranjo. Although she later moved to San Juan Pueblo (Ohkay Owingeh) after marriage, she continues to create pottery in the Santa Clara style.
