An uncommon item with netted rolled bark line forming body of open net on a bent wood frame.. Intact, original and in excellent overall condition.

Collected by John Chapman, c. 1880-1910, cattle rancher of Tracey, CA and later an engineer on the Southern Pacific Railroad.
