In Very Good Condition

Northern Plains beaded cuffs are a striking form of traditional Native American beadwork, originating primarily from tribes in the Northern Plains region, such as the Lakota (Sioux), Cheyenne, Crow, Blackfeet (Pikuni), and others. These wide, ornate cuffs—often made from tanned hide like buffalo or buckskin—served as wrist adornments, armbands, or gauntlet-style pieces attached to clothing. They date back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries, with many antique examples from the 1880s–1910s still highly valued today.
