A Nez Perce floral beaded cradle (often called a cradleboard or tikéˀs in Nez Perce language) is a traditional baby carrier used by the Nez Perce (Nimiipuu) people and other Plateau tribes. These cradles were functional for carrying infants securely on the back or propped upright, while also serving as culturally significant art pieces showcasing intricate beadwork.
