Laguna Pueblo polychrome pottery jars represent a vibrant tradition from the Keres-speaking Pueblo of Laguna (Ka'waika) in west-central New Mexico. Historic examples, primarily from the mid-19th to early 20th century (roughly 1830–1940), are hand-coiled from local clay, slipped with a white or cream base, and painted in multiple colors—typically black, red, orange, and sometimes brown or yellow—before being fired outdoors.
