Bremette was a cousin of the famous painter Geddy Epaloose had come from a large family of artist. Bremette's carvings blended realism and abstraction, showcasing intricate incised details. Epaloose masterfully crafted well-composed, highly polished animal carvings using coveted stones like Egyptian marble, cuprite, leopard marble, malachite, and root beer onyx.
