Leo Pablano (also spelled Poblano, 1905–1959) was a highly regarded Zuni Pueblo silversmith and stoneworker, recognized as one of the masters of 20th-century Zuni mosaic inlay and relief-style work.
He excelled in intricate stone inlay using materials like turquoise, coral (spiny oyster), jet, shell, and mother-of-pearl. His pieces often feature Zuni cultural motifs such as kachinas (e.g., Shalako, Deer Dancer, Snake Dancer), thunderbirds, eagles, butterflies, and figural dancers. He also created fetishes, pins/pendants, and bolo ties/slides. Many of his works from the 1930s–1950s are large, detailed, and highly collectible. He collaborated at times with trader C.G. Wallace and worked alongside other Zuni artists.
