In Very Good Condition with Minor Wear
Santee Sioux moccasins (also known as Eastern Dakota or Isáŋyathi) are traditional footwear of the Santee Sioux people, one of the three main divisions of the Dakota (Sioux) Nation. The Santee are historically associated with the woodlands and prairies of Minnesota, eastern Dakotas, and parts of Iowa/Nebraska, which influenced their style compared to the more western Plains Sioux groups.
These moccasins are typically made from soft tanned hide (often buckskin or deer skin), sinew-sewn (or sometimes thread in later examples), and feature intricate beadwork.
