Santo Domingo Pueblo, now officially known as Kewa Pueblo, is one of the largest and most traditional Eastern Keres-speaking pueblos along the Rio Grande in central New Mexico. Its pottery tradition is deeply rooted in ancestral Pueblo practices, with historic jars (often called ollas for water or storage) representing some of the most iconic and sizable forms in Southwestern Native American ceramics.
