Makah/Nootka Beaded Necklace is a traditional vintage beaded necklaces associated with the Makah people (from the northwestern Olympic Peninsula in Washington state, USA) and the Nootka (more accurately called Nuu-chah-nulth), Indigenous First Nations from the west coast of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.  These two groups share close cultural, linguistic, and historical ties as part of the Nuu-chah-nulth-speaking peoples, often leading to items being attributed to "Makah or Nootka" in collections and sales.
