From a collectors notes: "This buckle is heavy and is handmade by Ray Platero. Resting on this pieces are two incredibly large handmade silver leaves with stunning handmade silver beads. Bordering the buckle are fabulous hand-carved silver waves and ropes. The largest stone measures around 7/8" x 3/4". Circa 1980s. Sturdy 135 grams. "
