20 turquoise stones set in a starburst layout, inscribed JL Clemens #2 (likely the original owner and not the artist as it was common in the late 1970s to use a vibrator pen to mark ownership on the back of jewelry)

Comes from the same estate as item 241103-23, which is a bolo tie with the similar ram. Notes from previous estate tie these items to L. W. Hardy, "Turquoise King" of Kingman turquoise.
