Tightly Hand Coiled Construction using Natural Plant Fibers (possibly yucca, willow, or reed), Creating a Sturdy Textured Body with Visible Diagonal Patterning with Brown Suede Like Leather Trim along the Top Edge and a Carrying Strap/Handle and Long Fringes with Rolled Tin/Metal "Jingles" or "Tinklers" at the Ends of the Fringes.
