Knife Late 19th Century / Sheath 20th Century

Knife: Marked Shields & Brother Philadelphia; 14.25" l with lead inset at hilt and brass rivets. 
Shields & Brother was a Philadelphia manufacturer known for producing high-quality butcher saws and knives in the 1800s

Sheath: Fully beaded with drop; Yellow fields;  Fully Beaded Sheath 11" + 1-" drop x 3.5" w   on hide over rawhide with long dangle and cones; hide cord at top Excellent condition. Has an antique nature but likely 20th century.  

Knife Showing extensive use; sheath show very little if any use.
