Hand Coiled from Iron Rich Local Clay (gray when wet, firing to warm yellow-orange or red hues with natural "blushes" from pit-firing). Polished with Stones and Painted using Yucca Brushes and Natural Pigments from Beeweed (black), Guava (red), and Minerals.

In Very Good Condition but with a Chipped Rim 

The Poleahla name appears in Hopi art, especially from First Mesa/Polacca. The Poleahla family includes several artists, educators, and carvers.
