Klickitat baskets are traditional coiled and imbricated woven baskets made by the Klickitat (Klikitat) people, a Plateau tribe in south-central Washington state, closely associated with the Yakama Nation. These baskets are renowned in Native American basketry for their durability, intricate geometric designs, and practical use, especially for gathering and storing berries (often called "berry baskets" or huckleberry baskets).
