Hand Made Knife from Metal and Scabbard from Hide Leather with a Missing Hilt

Relic Condition Missing Hilt

A relatively short, double-edged iron or steel blade with a pointed tip. The surface shows heavy wear, pitting, and a silvery-gray patina from age and oxidation. The blade has a slight taper. Simple iron construction. There is a small circular (disk-like) guard, a short tang/handle section with a hole, and a pointed pommel end. Compact fighting/utility dagger.
