Thomas Natseway (often spelled Natseway) is a well-known Laguna Pueblo potter (born 1953) renowned for his exceptionally small miniature pottery. eyesofthepot.com He is married to Acoma potter Charmae Shields Natseway, and they both create traditional hand-coiled and painted miniatures, often under 1–1.5 inches in size. Thomas uses Laguna clay and is especially noted for tiny vessels (jars, bowls, seed pots, wedding vases, etc.), effigy forms (like rams or birds), and occasional figures or lidded pieces with intricate designs.
