Myron Sarracino (b. 1967, Laguna Pueblo) is a respected contemporary Laguna Pueblo potter known for his hand-coiled jars (ollas) that revive and reinterpret ancient Tularosa and Jornada Mogollon/Mimbres-inspired designs.indianpueblo.org He is one of the relatively few active potters from Laguna Pueblo today. His work stands out for thin-walled construction, tight fine-line painting, and motifs like Tularosa spirals/swirls, geometric patterns, kiva steps, lightning, rain, clouds, hummingbirds, and plant forms—often in black-on-white, with some polychrome (adding red/orange) pieces.
