A Mexican Double Saddle Blanket is a woven textile, typically made in Mexico, designed or styled for use under a Western-style saddle on a horse. It measures roughly 30–32 inches wide by 60–66 inches long (about 76–81 cm x 152–168 cm). The "double" designation means it's long enough to be folded in half lengthwise before placement under the saddle, providing extra cushioning and padding for the horse's back while allowing decorative edges to show.
