Richie Brown is a Snuneymuxw First Nations artist and resides in Cedar, British Columbia. Born in 1999. He has grown up surrounded by art and culture. He has and still is being taught by his father Noel Brown and his uncles Richard and Matthew Baker. Richie has always had an interest in art and has been drawing from a very young age. Richie's great grandfathers were carvers from the Coast Salish and Kwakiutl people. He started to learn carving techniques in 2014 and continues to learn to evolve his art.
