Salado Southwest redware smudge bowls is a prehistoric pottery associated with the Salado cultural phenomenon (or ideology) of the southern Southwest United States, primarily central/southeastern Arizona and southwestern New Mexico, dating roughly from AD 1280–1290 to at least 1450 (with some sources placing the start of related types around 1250–1275).
