Joe Povi is a contemporary Santa Clara potter from the Winter Moiety clan. Born as Tsay Wing ("Standing Spruce"), he earned an MBA in Finance from the University of New Mexico in 1975 and worked on economic development for reservations, including co-founding the American Indian Development Bank.
