Yolanda Velarde (also known as Yolanda Velarde Moquino) is a Santa Clara Pueblo potter born in January 1961. She specializes in traditional black-on-black (blackware) pottery, a signature style of Santa Clara Pueblo in New Mexico.

Yolanda comes from a prominent family of potters. Her Maternal grandmother is Flora T. Naranjo, Mother is Frances Naranjo Salazar, Paternal grandmother is Rosita Velarde.

She learned the craft from her mother and grandmother Flora. She has been active in the marketplace since 1984, often collaborating with her husband, James Moquino. They have three children: James Moquino Jr., Keith Chavez, and Camille Moquino. She has won awards at the Eight Northern Indian Pueblos Arts & Crafts Show, including a 3rd place (1996), 2nd place (1997), and 1st place (1999).
