Rose Gonzales (1900–1989) was a renowned Native American potter, best known for her work in San Ildefonso Pueblo (not Santa Clara Pueblo). She was originally born at Ohkay Owingeh (formerly San Juan Pueblo) and moved to San Ildefonso after marrying Robert Gonzales in 1920. Her mother-in-law, Ramona Sanchez Gonzales, taught her the pottery traditions of San Ildefonso.

Rose excelled in both polished blackware (famous from the influence of Maria Martinez's black-on-black style) and redware. Her redware pieces drew from her Ohkay Owingeh heritage, where traditional red pottery was prominent. She produced highly polished red jars, bowls, and plates, often with burnished designs or carved elements.
