Elijah Naranjo (also known as Elijah Naranjo Smith, b. ~1978–1979) is a contemporary potter from Santa Clara Pueblo (Kha’p’oo Owinge), New Mexico, known for small sphere-shaped seed pots and related forms featuring sgraffito (etched) designs. He is the son of potter Dolly Naranjo (Dolly Naranjo-Neikrug) and brother of acclaimed potter Jody Naranjo, part of the prominent Naranjo pottery family. He began working with clay around 1999, learning traditional techniques from family members. In 2003 he received the Ron & Susan Dubin Native American Artist Fellowship from the School for Advanced Research, which enabled study of historic designs in the Indian Arts Research Center collection and studio work there.
