Hilda Coriz (1949–2007) was a respected potter from Kewa Pueblo (formerly known as Santo Domingo Pueblo) in New Mexico. She often collaborated with her husband, Arthur Coriz (1948–1998), on traditional handmade pottery. Hilda typically formed the vessels using natural clays gathered from their pueblo lands, while Arthur frequently handled the painting, though many pieces are signed by Hilda alone or jointly as "Arthur & Hilda Coriz" (often with a hand-etched pot symbol).

Santo Domingo/Kewa pottery is known for its polychrome style: buff or cream-colored base slip, decorated with black (from bee plant or other vegetal pigments) and red accents. Common motifs include birds (often stylized pueblo birds like parrots or roadrunners), geometric patterns, flowers, clouds, and rain symbols—reflecting traditional designs passed down in the community.
