A Santo Domingo Pueblo Dark Red Coral Beads Necklace is a traditional handcrafted piece of Native American jewelry made by artisans from Santo Domingo Pueblo (now officially Kewa Pueblo), located between Albuquerque and Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Genuine dark red Mediterranean coral (Ox Blood coral). Historically (1920s–1950s), real coral was more common; today most new pieces use spiny oyster or dyed shell unless specified as antique/vintage.
