Bobby Silas (Hopi, b. 1987) is a celebrated contemporary master potter renowned for reviving ancient firing techniques. He frequently bridges the traditions of both Hopi and Zuni pueblos. His iconic Zuni-style polychrome dough bowls are typically a collaborative creation made with his late partner, Zuni artist Timothy Edaakie (who passed away in 2020).
