Patrick Wallace's turtle carvings are frequently carved from black marble, red stone, or etched pipestone. Often feature turquoise inlay for the eyes or decorative elements on the shell. Common dimensions for his turtle carvings are approximately 1.3 to 1.6 inches in length and about 1 to 1.4 inches in width. Authentic pieces are often signed by the artist on the bottom.
